Book Your Meet and Greet
A 30-minute meet and greet at your home or virtually. This allows us to get to know you and your dog, learn their routine, and go over important details like feeding, walks, and any medical needs. It's also the perfect time for you to ask questions and make sure we're the right fit.

Do I have to schedule a meet and greet before booking?
All new clients must complete a complimentary meet and greet prior to their first service. This helps us get to know your dog, review their routine, and make sure it's the right fit.
How far in advance should I book?
Usually, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For holidays and long weekends, we fill up fast and recommend at least 1 month in advance. Last-minute requests may be available depending on our schedule.
How do I fill out the Pet Information Sheet?
You can download the sheet from our website or request a copy by email. You can complete and submit it online or bring a printed copy to your meet and greet.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once your meet and greet is complete, we have your Pet Information Sheet and signed contract, and payment is received, you'll get a confirmation email with scheduled dates and services.
When is payment due?
Payment is due within 3 days of signing your contract to secure your spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no refund for cancelling a confirmed booking. If you cancel 30 days before the service start date, you may be offered a credit for future use.
